2 short beeps 1 long beep when locking the car

Hi

Quick question. My car used to emit 2 beeps when using the central locking

Now all of a sudden its started emitting 2 beeps followed by 1 long beep

Does anyone know what this means? I've checked that all doors are closed properly

Have a look at the bonnet switch. You can actually unplug it to test.
Edit - sorry I have presumed you have a Z3.

I do have a Z3. Thanks. I will give that a try
