hi all,
When visiting friends who build the Z3 based kit cars yesterday they stated that they had a surplus 2.8 engine, attached gearbox and Ecu looking for a buyer. If there is any interest let me know and I can pass on contact details for further info / negotiation.
The car itself was bought at an auction but on closer inspection was pretty bad suspension and other mechanically wise. The engine pulled strong in all gears before it was dismantled. The car was broken and money recouped via other parts (seats, doorcards, lights etc).
I am just a friend of the seller so offered to post this as the forum is one that should get first crack at what might be of use.
