Good evening all,

My exhaust has seen better days, can anyone give me any reviews or thoughts on where to get a replacement., thinking stainless steel but don't want anything really loud and still looking oem ish.

I can't seem to find anything off the shelf item or do I have to get one made?

Thanks matt

I would be interested in this. Would like a better sound than oem but not too loud......

Mine is a custom made non branded one. It always gets comments when peeps have been following out on a cruise. No drone but sounds great in built up areas and I get a lovely burble when I let the revs off. I realise non of this helps one dot but maybe look for a firm to make one to order for you. You can choose your own tail pipes to your own liking if your after an oem finish.

It was on when I bought the car 6 years ago and although I have a decent history with it there is nothing for the exhaust. It's a cat back system.

We had the exhaust off last year when we dropped tye rear axle out for a refurb and there is no stamp anywhere on it which is annoying because if it ever has to be replaced I'd be more than happy to have the same again.

I had a Powerflow cat back stainless put on mine for £372.00 in May 2017. Selected slightly louder than OEM and two pipes. Very pleased with it still. Seems good VFM, worth a look. Albeit a M44, wouldn't have thought 2.8 would be much more.

I had a backbox made up and chose my own tailpipes, cost £140 around 3 years ago now. You can also choose the sound, mines a bit louder than OEM but sounds nice. Had to have a couple of holes welded up on it recently, will probably look at replacing soon with something similar or a cat back one.

when buying the supersprint exhaust have you guys purchased the "race" version as there is a big price difference between the race and non race?
