1998 SUBARU IMPREZA STI 22B - £225K !!

I regularly look in on Collecting Cars Auction site and followed this car as the bidding increased till the auction closed at £225,000. Car is vehicle number 316 of the original 400 produced and had 31k miles on the clock plus reg of S300 OOB included in sale. I knew they were valuable cars but I was surprised at this purchase price.

Wow! One of my colleagues had one and sold it for 35.000. We thought that it was an insane price back then….
