1998 2.8 water pump

Hi how easy is it to replace the water pump on my 2.8 1998 car are they straight forward to bleed.

Easy job can be a pig to bleed, next time I'm doing some maintenance I'm going to take the thermostat out and drill an eighth hole at the top, it helps stop air locks
