E36 Z3 1.9 1997. When I drive on smooth roads i have no issues. But when I pass over a small bump the steering shakes. I have replaced lower control arm and all bushes, tie rod outer and struts. I used M3 lower control arm bushes lollypops. Vehicle also 'tracks' on the road. Sometimes left sometimes right.
HELP!!! Wheels all balanced and alignment done. Where do I look next?

Regards

The only part you haven't mentioned are the roll bar drop links and if the top ball joint or bottom bush are worn they can give the symptoms you are suffering.
Also are you sure it is the front causing the problem as the rear beam bushes could be allowing the rear to move about causing the car to track over bumps.

Have a look at the project threads on front suspension tidy and Project DinoD.
