Hello everyone. Matt here in the very snowy mountains of West Virginia. I recently came into possession of a 1997 BMW Z3 2.8L in Atlanta Blue Metallic with Sand Beige interior. The car is going to be a running driving project for me. The interior is dirty and seen better days (Missing original front seats and sliders), but the rest of the car seems to be in very good shape. It runs, stops, shifts nicely through all five gears. I haven't gotten it home yet, so will post pictures up when I do. It's seen some upgrades in the past. It has a Dinan trunk emblem, strut tower brace, full exhaust, CAI, and tune, evidence by the sticker on the diagnostic port cover under the hood. I'm not sure what tune it has, so this is going to be a learning project. It does give a phone number, so once I get it home, I'm going to give them a call and see if they have any record of the car perhaps by the VIN. If not, then, not sure what to do from there. Well, look forward to reading, learning and sharing my progress once I get it home and of course this snow breaks. - Matt

any photos of car, we like photos.
I haven't gotten it home yet. Waiting for the little snow storm to pass. Will post them up once I get it home and cleaned up. The interior is in dire need of repair. They removed the original seats and have some other BMW seats in there that don't really fit. The old ones were included, but will need some work and new covers. - Matt
