Where does the connection come from for it? Front wiring loom, DME box or off the engine somewhere?

I'm stripping it in situ to see what the damage is first. Head gasket is definitely gone, so it's head off first. Only problem with an engine replacement is having room to work and limited time with other stuff I have to do.
I've looked at getting another engine but I've got no way of unloading it off a lorry unless it comes on a tail lift.
