Sooo....some of you might know I've had wheel problem lately...i.e. Too many!
I'm down to 3 sets but it needs to 2 sets so one set has to go...
The Beyerns have been my longest set on the car when I got it 2011. My most loved set but now time for a change and to release some cash for my other wheel's refurbishment plans.

These wheels are £1,200 new and they are the correct figment for a Z3 or e36 (no spigot rings needed).

The finish on them from the factory is not long lasting despite the mega price. I looked at various options when refurbishing them 2yrs ago - the problem with polished and lacquered lips has always been that the laquer gets chipped and within a couple of years they need redoing which get expensive.
So I went with with diamond turned lips, no laquer and a durable anthracite powder coat on the spokes.
This finish has proven very durable, there is only one small chip where I dropped a wheel nut the day after it was refurbished - you'd not notice it but I know it's that here!

The diamond cut lips are just lovely and depending how much you polish you can have a different level of shine to them. They need care and I wouldn't use these in winter but with a good wheel sealant you don't have to be polishing every weekend! I'm told a sealant like gtechniq C5 would make them winter proof but I'd rather display in the lounge in winter (missus disagreed with that...)

They've never been buckled or welded. I'm taking them for a polish to remove some scuffs on the rear lip of one of the wheel (that is the beauty of this finish, if you do scuff it they can sort it without charging for a full repaint) So they will only be ready for collection in a week or two, depending when I can drop them off and pick them up.

The size is 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with Nexen N8000 XL all round (225/40/18 and 255/35/18).
The front tyres are legal but the rear need replacing, I'm leaving the tyres for safer handling of the wheels.
They fill the arches without any spacers (although I've been able to go with a 12mm rear spacer as my car is lowered and I wanted a more aggressive stance)

I'm looking for £750.00 collected.

Completely off topic but where is the picture on the first post with the white Z3 with hardtop? I think it's on eBay now, I've tempted as it has a HT and cage and buckets, but being a 1.9 would be a lot of effort to combine with my current track car!

Andy, that's the Z Cars racing z3, from Gary Feakins. It had a smash, wasn't aware it was up for sale?

If I go in the beyern website it recommends 17" X 8" wheels for front and rear, yet you have 18" X 8.5 and 18X 9.5. On your zed. How does this even happen? So confused haha

There's what they recommend and there's what will still fit but be a little tight.

I'm not sure why the website says that but these wheels have been on the car for years and fit perfectly- can even space them at the rear and have no rubbing (on a MK1 2.8).

I don't think they test fit them to every car out there.
The 8j is very different look as it has only a small lip.

It is with some sadness I say that these are now sold. Going to miss them, my curatorship has been enjoyed and now passed on..

However very happy they'll be living on another (also very unique) Z3...soon to be seen on a forum near you. Well probaly not until summer anyway!
