I think given the state of the roads around where I live I'm going to have to admit defeat and accept 30mm lower is too low. So without spending silly money I need to replace the shocks and springs to get me 15mm below standard ride height - It was full height to start with, not sports ;)

What bits do I need and from where?

Thanks

Just for reference, I live in Cumbria and frequent the Lakes regularly, my Z3 is lowered by 30mm, no issues to report.

I am not aware of 15mm drop springs but you never know, it would be a new one on me.

The datum the manufactures use is always a stock Z3. so -30mm springs drop a standard Z3 30mm and a Z3 with sports suspension & Ms by 15mm as they are already 15mm lower than a stock Z3, so which ever way you look at it its a 30 mm drop from standard.

Sport springs are your only option. Unless someone's seen the gap in the market in the last 12 months and started making them.

You could put 30mm drop springs in and use thicker spring pads to raise by 15mm.
