12 v Accessory feed

Quick question...so turns out the cigarette lighter is permanently live ....was going to run ignition live off there for a sat nav ....any ideas please ...thanks in advance

The radio will have an ignition fed live , you can tap into that. I did

I run dashcams on my DD and my wife's DD, but I've never put one on the Z. I frequently leave my car parked with the top down (at the grocery store, when out to eat, etc.). For those with roadsters running a dash cam, what do you do with it when parked?

If parked up out of sight my roof goes up, if in town parked up I lock my DashCan and SatNav in the centre box, takes a few seconds to reinstall.

My zed is a coupe but I have dashcam in my other car (convertible) - it cost me £15 off ebay - if anyone really wants to steal it then they're sort of welcome. But nobody ever has...

I often leave my car with the roof down and windows up. Front dash cam is behind the rear view mirror, very difficult to reach. The rear one is “in the open” on the outside of the wind deflector screen and it’s still there.
