Yes mine obliterated on the Derbyshire cruise last year so we changed the lot. Blade, pump, vicious coupling, pulleys and tensioner, belts. Be good for a few years now.
As far as I know mine was original, and the failure was the bearing collapsing. The fan blade embedded in the fan cowl and stopped it dead shattering the blades.
Im encroaching on 98k now and have changed all the oils and im slowly working around to just replacing the running gear through maintaince to get it through another 100k like yourself
