Individual parts being listed from this breaking thread

https://zroadster.org/threads/atlan...breaking-for-spares-all-parts-available.9526/

As title, photos tell the story, not sure how old it is, but makes a fairly loud, sporty note. Car being broken for parts.

I know someone ( @GazHyde ) just had a Long Life fitted for £360.

https://zroadster.org/threads/exhaust-change-time.9152/page-2#post-136004

So I've priced at HALF PRICE £180,

Ideally collection from Woking, Surrey.

Most exterior parts available - most panels are rusty, a few have dents

Most interior parts are available - beige leather seats and door cards

No mechanical - engine, gearbox, axle, steering, braking parts available though at this stage

All questions via PM please

£180

Another subtle bump, got the next project car waiting in the wings, so could do with the space.

Is quite an aggressive sound, I love it, even my dad did, he drove it 30 miles, he even had a classic rude-boy rev-match with a boxster under the M3 flyover at West End, a 60 year old man!

So that's where you got it from then. Good old Dad!=)) Is the new project a Z3 Andy?

Tony.
Indeed, I become more and more like my father every day, lucky he doesn't rule the dark side!

Yes the new project is a Z3, I was thinking about 307s but stuck to what I know best!

The mental picture of the rev match under the flyover really tickled me. Good luck with the new project mate, I'll try and send a few your way.

Tony.

ps. Merry Christmas to you and the family mate, have a great one.:)

Another bump, got this 'Long Life', and a 'Power Flow' for 1.9 Z3 and a 2.8 custom made stainless back box

Sensible offers considered

Hi Andy
Will the loud one fit my S reg 1.9 as still thinking would like a sporty sound rather than it sounding like a saloon car, but dont know what is involved in the fitting

Will fit, yes, the original exhaust is one piece I believe, but by this age many have had a join added yo allow just back box or cat replacement sections.

Certainly by '98 the M44 exhaust had been sectioned to a 2 piece - photo is of an OEM cat back section minus one hanger bracket which had corroded away . They are easy to fit @Geoff Crispin - will probably need new hanging rubbers and the bracket/clamp at the gearbox which will probably be corroded

Garage said that it is a one piece system and would need cutting and the correct bit to connect the S/S loud one

I'll get some clearer pics tomorrow.

The louder longlife one is a shorter back box with either a cat or a decat section, exactly what it fits to I'd have to check.

The power flow, which I might put ony track car, is a single full length system. Its a bit quieter
