Just had a long chat with the owner, great little car and in good Nik. He's just come back from a 4000 mile round trip to Italy and other places and over some good passes. Don't think we've got any issues in our "babies".
1983/84That's a weird looking car
It looks quite old
That's old for a car1983/84
Just googled, one on AutoTrader going for £5995 That's had a £7k restoration on. 89 F reg.I've always fancied an x19 frog eye
Bertone design.. how much is a good one though
Indeed. That chap also has a 1.3 X19 that he's doing a full restoration on, that's two saved at least. Must say though I can't remember the last time I saw one.A very Rare survivor, Fiat X19s rusted out as soon as they left the dealers as did all fiat cars of the period. It was not until Fiat started using galvanised steel in there cars that Fiat had an answer, by that time the damage was done. Pity really because there engines were very good for the time.
