04 Z4, (wives car) oil leak looking for help

We are a BMW family, besides the Z4, I have a 335I, and 3 BMW motor cycles,
The Z4 has a slight leak at the point where the "Dip Stick" tube enters the block
never enough to lower the level, just enough to "smell" a little an an occasional drip on the floor.
Any Ideas?

Which BMW bikes do you have?
My childhood BMW hero bike was the R100S fully faired though an R1200c will do fine now (with an appropriate exhaust, so subdued from the factory).
