roof leak

Hi Guys what should i be looking for , roof is leaking into boot, changed third light seal and lens, have poured water down the back of the hood and its peeing in into the boot, im guessing it needs sealed, anyone done it or point me in the direction of a thread, i searched but couldnt find one...
