#immobilizer

Hi everyone, I have recently bought a 1997 1.9 Roadster and its a non runner. The car does crank, but there is no fuel delivery or spark. I have checked the fuel pump and it is working. I have also checked fuses and they all seam to be fine. I think it could be an immobilizer issue, however...
