  • Hiya, we live in Spain and are suffering a complete lock down. The result is the poor old Zed is stuck in the garage but on the upside with so much time on my hands I've cleaned and polished just about everything that's possible, in fact I think she'd do well in any Concourse de elegance. (Well maybe not I think I use her too much for that.)

I feel your pain my has hardly left the garage in two years! But I haven’t hardly left my house either other than traveling to Florida for six months in the winter I simply am at one of my houses and seldom in my favorite vehicle!
Do you know of any in Workington, accessibility is her problem. Thanks Andy

I'll send you a pm with several garages in the area mate as I don't use them I can't vouch for them but they have good ratings.
Hi Andy, I was just wondering if you you could be of any help with this one. My daughter has done a bit of minor front wheel arch damage to her Citroën C1. She lives near Cockermouth and works in Workington. Do you know of a reliable (cheap ) bodyshop in the Workington area? Thanks Andy, Chris

Hi Chris. We use the Whitehaven Accident and Repair Centre only a couple of miles from Workington. They have a good reputation. 01946599521 CA28 8EA www.whitehavenaccidentrepair.co.uk

    Hope this helps mate.

Hi Paul. You just have mate. I need some info. How many nights and how many people please. If the other half (assuming there is one) is coming I need first and last names for the hotel mate. That aside just pop in to the Lakes Tour 2019 thread to register your interest and to make it known to other you'll be attending. Once I here back from you I'll formally add you to the thread mate

Hi mate. Sorry, bad form on my part as I missed this. To upload pics just click on "upload image" , click on "choose image" which will take you to your files, select then click on "full image" the bob's your uncle.
Thanks AndyI have been pointed toward a forum member who is selling some. My z3 is black like yours with the dark red hood and I currently have the wheels in anthracite but having seen yours with the chrome stone guards and gills Im tempted to change. I will have a look around for some chrome gills for when I make the change over I think. Steve
Andy I was just reading the posts and love the stone guards you have in chrome. My Z3 is also black and I think they look great. Can I ask where you got them from please and if you are happy with them? Steve

Hi Steve. I got them from a Forum member, @t-tony . He goes over to Florida every year and brings back goodies, I think they were about £30 or so. Very happy with them on a practical level and look the nuts too boot. Easy on and off to clean and protect the wheel arch paint well.
