@Lee has been organising group dyno runs for a while now, and we feel we have enough results now to create the official #ZedShed Power Board! This will contain the flywheel HP results from various Zeds who have been tested.

All of the dyno runs were carried out by Charlie at Surrey Rolling Road (http://www.surreyrollingroad.com/). We won't be listing cars not tested here, as different dynos will likely produce different results. This way it will give a good comparison between Zeds of the same type.

We've noticed some interesting trends on certain models, and also getting some data on what does and doesn't work with certain mods.

At some stage I will try and upload the dyno print outs as a clickable link so you can view the actual reports, but for now will just be the flywheel horse power readouts.

Interesting to see how the 2.8 chucks out more that quoted even after so many years and the newer engines don’t even meet the claimed bhp
BMW had to meet some BHP cap didn’t they hence probably under quoted it.

I guess everyone was running 97ron on these runs?

I've no idea what I had. I prefer tesco 99 when I can but because I often use it for commuting I sometimes chuck in 95.

Maybe it was 99 and I doubled it with 95 making it 97?? :racecar:

Do our cars have knock sensors to make the most of it?

I’m pretty certain the owners handbook says you need 97 for the quoted power.

Proper battle between the 2.8s....that supercharged Z looks brilliant fun. Great to see the numbers.

Latest numbers will be posted ASAP after today’s session. Some impressive numbers again today, particularly the M50 Manifold 2.8s.

Found a couple of dodgy MAFs (airflow sensors) so looks like a couple will want a retest after changing them.
